  • Standard Shipping is sent through USPS First Class Mail. Expedited Shipping is sent through DHL or FedEx (whichever is faster.)

 

  • Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 17:00
    CET will be processed the following business day.
    Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed two business days later. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

Q. Pets photo only? or can I do a human photo with someones head?

A. We can do animals and people.

Q. What about two pets in a photo? My mom has this adorable photo of her cat laying next to her dog. It would make a lovely birthday present.

A. Yes we can do it.

 

Q Can you make four dogs in one necklace?

A. We can do it, Please kindly note that the pendant is only about 2.5cm. If 4 dogs group together in one pendant, they will look very small. We don't suggest customers to do in this way.
